What we keep
Your email address, and the plan you build: your pay schedule, your lines (names, amounts and when they are due), loans and savings goals, and the months you close. We also keep a short list of the actions you take (see "Counting use" below).
What we never keep
Bank logins, account numbers or transactions. Omji does not connect to your bank.
Where your data lives
Your plan is stored in a Supabase Postgres database in the US (us-east-1), and Supabase also runs sign-in. The app runs on Vercel. Sign-in emails are sent by Resend. Error reports, with personal details removed, go to Sentry. Those four companies are the only ones that handle your data for us. Fonts are served by Omji itself, not by a font service.
Omji never asks for your bank logins and holds no bank data. We never sell your data.
Daily backups are kept for up to 7 days, so data you delete can remain in backups for up to 7 days.
Who can read it
Only you, when you are signed in. Each row in the database belongs to one account and the database refuses to show it to anyone else. The people who run Omji can reach the database to keep it running, but we do not read your plan.
Counting use
We count a few actions (like finishing set-up or closing a month) linked to your account so we can see whether Omji helps. These counts never include amounts, line names or anything you type. They are deleted with your account.
If something breaks, an error report is sent to our error tracker, Sentry, with your email address and amounts removed.
Download or delete
In More, you can download all your data (including those action counts), or delete your account and everything in it. Deleting is immediate, including the sign-in records for your account; copies in backups are gone within 7 days. Resend, our email provider, keeps a record of the emails it sent you for a short time, then deletes it.
